A table collection of trays that reproduce the iconic shape of the onion, the chili pepper, the bergamotto. Three elements of the traditional Calabrian cuisine narrated through a pop language for an innovative table. They are gastronomic excellences reinterpreted through new shapes off scaled designed in order to
empathize the authenticity and the wealth of a land full of smells and tastes. The products recall daily life, food tradition, rural stories. The work with a numerical control machine is metaphor of “carving”, of baring a territory that shows up through its inner part, seeds, now carried in a new contemporary scenario.
