Designed exclusively for Nilufar, Ceracqua

is a collection of handcrafted, sculptural candleholders born from an ephemeral gesture—liquid wax released into water, capturing the instant in which fluidity crystallizes into form.

Each piece emerges from this delicate encounter, suspended between spontaneity and intention, recalling the mythic birth of red coral from Medusa’s blood drops solidified upon touching the sea. As matter solidifies into organic, flowing silhouettes, these one-of-a-kind candleholders evoke mineral fragments, abyssal formations, and distant landscapes. 

Created in foundry wax and cast in bronze through the lost-wax process, every object is hand-finished, becoming a unique bronze design piece — the result of a spontaneous and unpredictable process — where poetic gesture meets contemporary design. A testimony to the transformation of matter, and to the tension between liquid and solid, between the instant and eternity.
